1. Before installing LED floodlights, in order to ensure the quality of use after installation, it is recommended to conduct a detailed inspection of the floodlights on site before installation to see if the appearance of the LED floodlights is damaged and whether the accessories are complete. How about after-sales service, etc., each item must be carefully checked. If the power line is protected by steel pipes, the lead wires are protected by metal hoses, and the wiring is protected by a waterproof junction box. After the wiring is completed, seal the edge of the waterproof junction box with glue or fill it with wax, bury it in the soil, and place appropriate gravel underneath (waterproof good, the cost is high, and the process is relatively complicated).

2. After the appearance is undamaged and the accessories are complete, the LED floodlights need to be ready for installation after arriving at the construction site. First, organize the installers according to the installation drawings attached to the factory, and first connect a few floodlights to try to install the drawings correctly. Whether or not, if conditions allow, one person can be arranged to test the lights one by one, so as to avoid dismantling the broken ones after they are installed upstairs. If the power cord is protected by PE or PVC, the lead wire is protected by a plastic hose, the wiring is protected by a plastic junction box, buried in the ground, and a proper amount of gravel is placed underneath, this method is less waterproof, but the cost is low and the installation is convenient. .

3. After all the LED floodlights have been tested and turned on, try to brighten them for a period of time, and then check again the next day or the third day. After doing this, everything is good, and there will be no problems later up. If the construction period is tight or the exposed joints cannot be avoided, waterproof glue + insulating glue + waterproof glue + insulating glue + waterproof glue should be used for five-layer alternate protection during wiring. The joints should face up, and should not be placed on the ground or underground, so that the joints should be separated from the ground water to prevent leakage and conduction (exposed joints should be controlled in the shrub area where people cannot reach them).
